I’ve spent my life helping people understand themselves and others more deeply. Before founding TSW Wordsmith, LLC, I spent years in the classroom teaching French to middle and high school students. I am an emotional intelligence trainer, and a certified Diversity & Inclusion professional through Cornell University, I teach leaders how to regulate emotions, navigate hard conversations, strengthen connection, and lead with intention—especially during moments of pressure, conflict, or profound change.
I am a long-time writer, a member of the National Speakers Association, and someone whose lived emotional journey fuels every message I deliver. After years of marriage—including decades of betrayal, healing, and the grief of losing my husband—I bring a rare level of empathy, clarity, and emotional truth to audiences who need more than theory. They need lived wisdom and practical guidance that works.
